EXECUTIVE SUMMARY / COMMENTARY:

"The Out of Towners" -- The aging but forever cute Goldie Hawn and the never-aging Steve Martin combined comic and dramatic talents in this spoof about a recently-fired advertising exec going up-coast east with his wife for an interview for another advertising job. Just about every trouble and trial imaginable happened to the hapless couple -- and so did several examples of unacceptable programming happen to the hapless viewer.

If your kids see this movie they will see adult underwear, adults in bed, and sadomasochism paraphernalia. They will hear God's name in vain about every other paragraph of monologue, several of the three/four letter words, and sexual offers, talk and innuendo. They will also see sexual intercourse, clothed, but still sexual intercourse. Urinating in public, inappropriate touch and a woman taking off a man's pants will drill their way into your kids minds. There's more! Transvestism. Group encounter discussions of sexual perversion. Homosexual suggestion....... Not as light-hearted flick as the advertisement would have you to believe, huh?

    (3) Only portrayal of successful murder or suicide are incorporated into Murder/Suicide. Presentation of attempts to commit murder or suicide and deaths by police action or war are incorporated into Wanton Violence/Crime.
