THIS IS 'HEALTH' CURRICULUM'S LEWD LEGACY

This is an article by Ray Kerrison of the New York Press staff. I, for one, applaud Ray's audacity and courage to stand so boldly against the power of the educational establishment.

Ray compacts many reports of sexual improrpiety into a flowing accounting of the impact of the sexual freedoms taken with our kids in public schools. I am elated that Ray has stepped forward with a statement which corroberates the findings of the CAP.

Please note that permission to reproduce this article on my website has been requested but not yet received. Thus, no part of this work may be reproduced in any way until permission to do so is given.

Let me take a moment to praise Jesus for Ray and his courage to join the ever-shrinking population who stand against the educational reformists and the liberals and pansexualists who are, by the Word of God, in deep doo-doo for what they are doing to our kids. For if any one of us were to cause any of His "little ones" to sin, woe be it for the one who causes the child to sin.

Jesus said to his disciples: "Things that cause people to sin are bound to come, but woe to that person through whom they come. It would be better for him to be thrown into the sea with a millstone tied around his neck than for him to cause one of these little ones to sin. Luke 17:1-2

Many more accountings of sexual impropriety and offense are available in the rest of this special folder of the CAP website. Please take some time to investigate for yourself the filth and putrid stench of the educational reformists. For only when informed can you take a strong stand against the offenders. Believe me! They are prepared! And they are NOT afraid to strike out against you who stand for wholesome and righteous accountability.

THIS IS 'HEALTH' CURRICULUM'S LEWD LEGACY
By RAY KERRISON

FIVE years ago, New York's public schools, under the corruptive influence of Chancellor Joseph Fernandez, were blitzed with a sex-ed curriculum so graphic and perverted that parents marched in protest. In that bizarre period, condoms were introduced to the schools, kids from the youngest grades were given vivid instructions on how to masturbate and engage in every kind of sexual act, including sodomy.

They were given books with titles such as "Daddy's Roommate" and "Heather Has Two Mommies."

At the end of it all was this unforgettable advice: Try it, you may like it!

That's exactly what a lot of kids and too many twisted teachers have been doing ever since, turning the schools, playgrounds and swimming pools into sexual predatory swamps.

Not a week goes by that newspapers do not carry accounts of some violent sexual assault, teacher molestation or teacher-student aberration in the schools. And the aggressors, it seems, are getting younger and younger.

The latest incident features a high-school teacher assigning an explicit sex poem to a class of 15-year-olds, prompting an angry mother to yank her daughter out of the school.

The mother, Mary Garrison, said of the teacher, "He's not fit to be a teacher. It's criminal."

It certainly is. If handing out dirty poems to schoolgirls is not sexual harassment, what is? A female pilot just won a huge settlement from Continental Airlines because male pilots left sexually explicit materials in the cockpit, to her discomfort.

But the teacher received nothing more than a "reprimand." His superiors effectively wrote off his sleazy assault as a matter of small consequence.

No one is less surprised by all this than Frank Russo, president of New York's American Family Association.

"When I see what is being taught in the schools and what's being shown on TV, all the erotic material, every day, and the lack of values, it's not surprising these things happen," he said.

Russo knows the territory firsthand. He led the long legal struggle against Nassau Community College's incredibly obscene sex-ed "health" course with its porno films, field trips to strip joints and gay bars, and such exercises as advising girls to urinate on mirrors.

Mary Garrison might be shocked to discover that the atrocity perpetrated against her daughter by a creep masquerading as a teacher is as nothing compared with some of the things that go on in the schools.

"The secular humanists are running it," Russo said. "They think man is God, and what we see today is a natural consequence of following that approach.

"They recognize that it is wrong to hit or steal, but in sexuality, anything goes. They don't recognize or accept the consequences of certain behavior. They ridicule traditional sexual morality."

Now the harvest is at hand.

Modern children have been "dumbed down" by the reigning educators. They laugh at the notion of encouraging abstinence. They treat children as if they are animals, and since the kids are going to have sex, better to throw them a box of condoms than show them another way.

When Fernandez was implementing his degrading programs, the teachers union and its leader, Sandra Feldman, stood foursquare behind him.

The mayor, David Dinkins, hailed him. When a Queens grandmother, Mary Cummins, took him on, The New York Times sided totally with Fernandez, with an editorial that blared, "Chancellor Fernandez Stands Tall."

It is no coincidence that the schools' collapse in academic standards and their rising lack of safety coincide with their collapse in moral standards.

Why, then, should anyone be surprised that sex offenses in the public schools have jumped a mind-boggling 236 percent over 1994 and are up another 46 percent over 1996?

Schools operate in a climate that encourages promiscuity, and discourages abstinence as old-fashioned and impractical.

Out of it comes a rise in teen pregnancies, the spread of AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases, a breakdown of family life and, ultimately, the destruction of character.

The culture is so entrenched that Frank Russo, at the end of his legal fight, succeeded only in forcing Nassau Community to show its filthy movies to parents.

"They also eliminated some of their extreme things like the instruction sheet on how to masturbate, but they still show the pornographic films," he said.

They should know that nearly all the high-profile politicians, editorial writers and bureaucrats who support the decadent sex drift in the public schools send their own kids to private schools.
